How far in advance should we book the band?

For weddings, we recommend booking 9-12 months in advance, especially for peak season dates (October-April in Florida). However, don’t hesitate to check our availability → for closer dates — we may still have openings!

Can we meet or see you perform before booking?

Absolutely! We encourage you to check out our upcoming public performances or schedule a video call to discuss your vision. What's included in your wedding packages?

Each package includes professional sound system, lighting, setup/breakdown, and full-day coordination. Our most popular package features ceremony music, cocktail hour entertainment, and reception coverage. We’re happy to customize any package to match your vision and budget.

Music & Performance

Do you offer ceremony music?

Yes! We provide elegant live music for your ceremony, whether you envision classical guitar, contemporary songs, or traditional wedding pieces. We include wireless microphones for perfect sound and can seamlessly transition between your processional, ceremony, and recessional songs.

Can you learn our special songs?

We love learning couples’ meaningful songs! Two special song requests (like first dance and parent dances) are included in our packages. We’ll work with you to ensure these moments are perfect, whether performing the original arrangement or creating a unique version that suits your style.

How do you handle the reception timeline?

We coordinate closely with your planner (or you directly) to ensure perfect timing for all special moments. From grand entrance to last dance, we’ll emcee announcements, adjust song tempo for different parts of the evening, and keep your dance floor full. Logistics & Setup

What does your setup and timeline look like?

We arrive 2-3 hours before your ceremony for setup and sound check, ensuring everything is perfect before your guests arrive. We coordinate load-in timing with your venue and planner, handle all equipment setup discretely, and maintain a professional appearance throughout.

What backup plans do you have?

We maintain backup equipment for all critical components and carry liability insurance. For outdoor ceremonies, we have weather contingency plans and can quickly relocate if needed. Our band members are also cross-trained to cover any unlikely emergency situations. Share your venue details → for specific recommendations.

What do you need from the venue?

We’re largely self-contained, needing only:

A 20’x15′ minimum performance space
Access to power (standard outlets)
Basic weather coverage for outdoor setups We’ll coordinate directly with your venue on any specific requirements.
